The actress Caroline Munro, in the picture above together with Victor Matellano,  is now part of the cast for the new remake of Vampyres (A.K.A. Las Hijas de Drácula), Larraz’s cult movie from 1974. The following pictures have just been taken!!!

The movie is being produced by Artistic Metropol, and it is a revision of the classic feature film by Larraz himself and Víctor Matellano. Larraz worked in this project before he sadly  passed away last year. So now Mr. Matellano is directing this wicked horror movie, an alluring movie he and Larraz re-wrote together.

Apart from Caroline Munro the cast will have other actors as Anthony Rots, Veronica Bacorn, Alina Nastase, Luis Hacha, Marta Flich or Almudena Léon together with classic stars of Spanish Horror such as Lone Fleming, Antonio Mayans, May Heatherly and Conrado San Martín.

Colin Arthur (Never Ending Story) will be responsible for the FX, being him the one in charge of FX in the original feature film directed by Larraz.

Here you have the teaser trailer where you can see and listen to Larraz talking about this new movie: http://vimeo.com/79185321

Delirium #2: Tombs of the Blind Dead

1977454_10152237124457279_41027355_n

You can order Delirium here.

Full Moon presents DELIRIUM magazine – a bi-monthly, full color, pulp-fiction-salute print periodical dedicated to exploring and celebrating the joy of making movies. For over four delirious decades, filmmaker Charles Band has created some of cinema’s weirdest and wildest horror, fantasy and exploitation genre movies.

This is a bloody, bold, and beautiful magazine published by Band, produced by the Full Moon Features team and edited by filmmaker, film journalist and FANGORIA Magazine editor-in-chief Chris Alexander. DELIRIUM features exclusive interviews, bizarre stories, garish photos from Band’s expansive and foreboding vaults (many of which have never been seen before), posters, retrospectives, special FX make-up secrets, laughs, shocks, thrills and chills.

Delirium will be published 6 times a year and will not be sold on newsstands. The only way to get it is by subscribing at DeliriumMagazine.com or purchasing it directly from the Full Moon booth at one of the near 200 fan conventions coming up nationwide!

New Paul Naschy’s DVD collection

1912294_10202925900062203_2025051399_o

Not much information is given, and if it is it’s in German so little I can do, It is sure this collection will include the documentary The Man who Saw Frankenstein Cry and also the following titles:

1. Vampire des Dr. Dracula, Die
2. 7 Murders for Scotland Yard
3. Count Dracula’s Great Love
4. Furia del Hombre Lobo, La
5. Blue Eyes of the Broken Doll
6. Todeskreis Libelle
7. Devil’s Possessed, The
8. Exorcismo
9. Werwolf, The

It seemsit would be a kind of collecting where the first issue would be the documentary together with the boxx in which the  following issued will be placed. It appears that the DVDs would be released every 2 months.
